事件摘要

SANtricity 报告硬盘驱动器(HDD)或固态驱动器(SSD)的驱动器出现故障

验证

  1. 登录到SANtricity 存储管理器或SANtricity 系统管理器
  2. 确认SANtricity 在Recovery Guru中报告了以下多条错误消息之一:
    • FAILED_DRIVE-Recovery Failure Type Code: 23 Failed Drive
    • FAILED_DRIVE-Recovery Failure Type Code: 23 Failed Physical Disk - Unassigned or Standby Hot Spare
    • DISK_POOL_DRIVE_FAILURE-Recovery Failure Type Code: 443 Failed Disk Pool Drive
  3. 硬件 选项卡中确认驱动器显示为故障

解决方法

  • 请联系 NetApp技术支持 、因为这需要更换驱动器
  • 如果启用了AutoSupport 、则此事件应已创建技术支持案例

追加信息

驱动器故障的可能原因:

  • 用户通过Shell、SMcli或GUI手动使驱动器出现故障。
  • 未恢复的写入错误/写入失败。
    • 主机启动写入失败。
    • 内部启动的写入失败。
  • 驱动器固件下载失败。
  • 超过综合预测性故障分析(SPFA)阈值。(控制器报告/检测到错误并启动故障)。
    • 如果存在任何已知问题、可能发生原因 会导致驱动器过早出现故障、则可能需要考虑驱动器固件。
  • 超过SMART (自我监控、分析和报告技术)故障阈值。(驱动器报告/检测到错误并启动故障)。

 

对于传统/传统RAID卷组:

  • 如果热备用磁盘可用、则在驱动器发生故障时、应自动开始重建到热备用磁盘。
  • 对热备用磁盘的重建完成后、请更换故障驱动器。​​​​​​
    • 最佳实践 建议是、在插入新驱动器之前、请等待故障驱动器从图形用户界面中消失。
  • 完成复制/重建后、系统将恢复到最佳状态。
  • 插入新驱动器后、应自动从热备用磁盘进行复制、或者从奇偶校验重建到新驱动器。

对于动态磁盘池:

  • 如果有可用的保留容量、则在驱动器发生故障时、系统将自动开始重建/重新平衡。
  • 重建/重新平衡完成后、请更换故障驱动器。
    • 最佳实践 建议是、在插入新驱动器之前、请等待故障驱动器从图形用户界面中消失。
  • 插入新驱动器后、将自动对新驱动器进行复制/重新平衡。
  • 完成复制/重新平衡后、系统将恢复到最佳状态。
