在向技术支持人员创建案例时、需要一组通用文件和输出。

OSSV故障排除数据可以手动获取、也可以使用OSSVINFO获取。

手动获取数据

在创建案例之前、需要执行以下命令(在提交案例之前、将所有数据放入新案例中):

  • options snapvault (controller only)
  • snapvault status
  • snapvault status -l
  • snapvault status -c
  • snapvault snap sched (controller only)
  • priv set advanced ; snap status (controller only) 
  • qtree status (controller only)
  • snap list (controller only)
  • snap list -q (controller only)
  • version (controller only)
  • license (controller only)

二级系统日志

从OSSV二级系统获取所有相关日志文件:

  • /etc/log/snapmirror
  • /etc/messages

主系统日志和数据

从OSSV主系统获取所有相关日志文件和系统信息:

  • $INSTALL_DIR\etc\snapvault 或$INSTALL_DIR/etc/SnapVault
  • $INSTALL_DIR\bin\svinstallcheck.exe 或收集输出$INSTALL_DIR/bin/svinstallcheck
  • 要备份的文件系统/驱动器的属性
  • 包含OSSV代理安装的文件系统/驱动器的属性
  • 在Windows上:在"My Computer"(我的电脑)中、右键单击驱动器图标并选择Properties > General
  • 在UNIX上:df -k
  • 输出/etc/{V}fstab
  • 控制台上显示的错误消息(如果有)。 

使用OSSVINFO获取数据

可执行文件 OSSVINFO.exe OSSVINFO.sh 包含在OSSV 2.6中。  对于早期版本、可联系NetApp技术支持获取此版本。此可执行文件将自动执行命令并获取相应的日志文件。

  • OSSVINFO.exe 在Windows 2000、Windows 2003中受支持
  • OSSVINFO.sh 在安装了OSSV代理的Solaris、Linux、IRIX、HP-UX和AIX系统上受支持 

OSSVINFO语法、如下所示:

  • Windows:从命令Shell运行以下命令。

OSSVINFO.exe [-s filer [-l user:password]] ossvinfo

  • UNIX:从命令提示符运行以下命令。

OSSVINFO.sh [-s filer [-l user:password]] ossvinfo 

如果使用上述语法,则输出将保存到名为 ossvinfo filename的目录中 outfile.txt。 

注意:如果无法报告Data ONTAP和AutoSupport中出现的问题,请使用 -s 选项收集特定于Data ONTAP的信息。OSSVINFO使用RSH收集文件管理器的信息、因此、如果未启用RSH或因其他原因不可用、则应手动收集数据。OSSVINFO不支持SSH。
