出现 AutoSupport 应自动生成案例的情况。尽管 NetApp 收到 AutoSupport 消息、但
未生成案例。从 Autosupports 生成案例的过程使用存储设备的系统 ID 将正确的记录与案例链接起来。如果系统不支持、即使序列号为,也不会创建问题。与您的客户团队合作,确保正确的系统 ID 与 NetApp 支持站点中的 NetApp 存储设备相关联。

当主板或非易失性 RAM ( NVRAM )交换完成时,系统 ID 可能会发生更改。因此,在执行任何这些步骤后,最好与您的客户团队跟进。

注意:当客户的支持合同到期或 SAP
