問題

アップグレードとテイクオーバーの実行中、一部のボリュームが一時的に使用できなくなり、一部のVMが1~5秒間使用できなくなる
VMの電源投入時にエラーが発生しました：

File system specific implementation of OpenFile[file] failed

Failed to start the virtual machine. Cannot open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/vol1/virtual1.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on. 110 (Connection timed out) Module Disk power on failed.

問題が一部のボリュームとVMに存在しない
VMwareのログに切断またはAll-Paths-Down（APD）の兆候がない
