  • 此确认电子邮件仅发送到 -to收件人地址列表)字段中指定的电子邮件地址,前提是 ASUP 的参数 -support (发送 AutoSupport 消息给供应商支持)也设置为 enable。 

注意:尽管 ASUP 的参数 -support (向供应商支持发送 AutoSupport 消息)设置为disable 以下两个条件仍将触发 NetApp 自动 AutoSupport 确认:

  1. 手动上传用户触发的 ASUP 日志(xxx.7z 格式且包含 test 关键字)到 NetApp 支持网站,通过 AutoSupport Upload 或 NetApp Authenticated File Upload
  2. 通过 System Manager GUI 发送带有 TEST 关键字的用户触发 ASUP。

NetApp automatically acknowledges any AutoSupport with the word "test" in the subject line. This acknowledgement is sent to the "autosupport.to" e-mail recipient(s).
