  • 节点无法连接到 DNS 服务器,并且无法解析以下任何主机名。
    • support.netapp.com
    • 您的邮件主机服务器(如果使用 SMTP )
    • 代理服务器(如果已配置)
  • 验证:( 2 个选项)

1. 运行 CommandAutosupport history show  Data ONTAP 8

>autosupport history  show

>autosupport history show -fields seq-num,status,error,destination

上次报告的错误: Couldn't resolve host name.


2. 查看 Notifyd 日志。

>rdfile /etc/log/mlog/notifyd.log

通知日志显示以下错误:
Attempting to deliver ASUP using PUT)
