无法在SnapCenter图形用户界面中添加或发现Windows插件主机的资源

问题描述

• 无法 在SnapCenter服务器图形用户界面的主机部分下添加Windows插件主机或发现磁盘
• 在SnapManagerweb.log 中显示以下错误：

Plug-in discovery failed. Error: Unable to connect to the remote server. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it XX.XX.XX.XX:XXXX

• SMCoreService.log中显示以下错误消息：

Exception in method: InvokeXML.
System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. 
---> System.IO.IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: 
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
