问题描述
某些 Windows 主机无法再运行备份，并在作业期间挂起。SCC 日志中的错误为：
com.netapp.snapcreator.common.exception.SMSClientException: Error accessing API Quiesce with TARGET_URL https://<HOST_FQDN>:8145/SnapDrivePlugin/. Response return code is : 404
重新启动 Windows 服务后，尝试重新启动 SCC 服务导致失败：
Error 1053: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
