ポイントインタイムとしてマークされたバックアップ後に、 SCE 4.5 および 4.6 UTM 保持に失敗します

環境

  • SnapCenterサーバ(SC)4.5および4.6
  • SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft Exchange Server(SCE)4.5および4.6
  • 最新の状態(UTM)の保持

問題

  • SCEを使用している場合、バックアップジョブ中にUTM保持がトリガーされても、ログのSnapshotコピー(サフィックス_1)はONTAPおよびNSMデータベースから削除されません。この問題は、UTM保持期間が 日数に基づいている場合に発生します。
  • バックアップはポイントインタイム(PIT)としてマークされますが、必要な保持期間外のフルバックアップログSnapshot(サフィックス_1)は 削除されません。
  • ユーザデータベースボリュームとSCEBackupInfoフォルダの保持に成功しました
  • ログにはエラーは表示されていませんが、バックアップがPITとしてマークされ、ログバックアップSnapshot(no_1サフィックス)が削除されていることを示すエントリがあります
