从 BES-53248 交换机生成错误的 UnSupported Switch_Alert

• 集群交换机运行状况监控器（ CSHM ） AutoSupport 消息

问题描述

• 尽管使用了受支持的交换机型号、操作系统和配置、但事件日志中仍会生成以下警报：

[node-01: cshmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = UnsupportedSwitch_Alert , Alerting Resource = clusterswitch-01 raised by monitor cluster-switch
[node1:callhome.hm.alert.major:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process cshm: UnsupportedSwitch_Alert[switch_name].

• 有时、如果在管理网络上发现网络不稳定迹象、则会生成警报：

[node-01: cshmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = SwitchCommunityString_Alert , Alerting Resource = clusterswitch-01 raised by monitor cluster-switch

• 系统会自动清除此警报：

[node-01: cshmd: hm.alert.cleared:notice]: Alert Id = UnsupportedSwitch_Alert , Alerting Resource = clusterswitch-01 cleared by monitor cluster-switch
