问题

Java 更新后, OnCommand Insight 服务将无法启动。
WebUI 通常会显示错误: 404 未找到,或者显示另一个错误,指出无法访问服务器服务。

检查 Windows 服务以确认以下服务正在运行:

  • SANscreen 服务器
  • SANscreen ACQ

Perf 引擎服务取决于所使用的 OnCommand Insight 版本。

  • ( 7.2.X ) Casandra
  • ( 7.3.X )弹性搜索

MySQL 服务不应受 Java 影响。
