问题描述 "正在删除"导致Unified Manager集群删除停止

适用场景

  • OnCommand统一管理器 (OCUM) 9.5及更低版本
  • Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) 9.6及更高版本

问题描述

  • 无法从Unified Manager中删除集群
  •  "Deletion in progress" "配置/集群 数据源"页面上显示集群删除过程停滞

集群删除过程停止、显示正在进行删除

  • 收集支持包或直接查看收集的日志 ocumserver.log将具有以下条目:  

ERROR [admin] [default task-5] [c.n.o.r.m.e.GlobalExceptionHandler] /rest/datasources/12 com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.sessions.AcquisitionUnitException [177-153]
Fail Stop report from Originator:12
...
Caused by: com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.sessions.AcquisitionUnitException: Fail Stop report from Originator:12

 

如果集群已被取消授权或更改、您可能会看到另一个错误、因为它甚至不会开始采集。
