在升级 OnCommand Data Warehouse 后、 Cognos 服务不会启动

OnCommand Insight Data Warehouse ( OCI DWH )从 7.3.4 升级到 7.3.9

问题

  • 在 7.3.9 实例上还原 OCI DWH 数据库备份后、 Cognos 服务无法启动
  • Cognos 服务将处于启动状态约 10 分钟。此后、服务再次处于停止状态
