问题描述

  • 重新启动 OnCommand Insight 数据仓库( OCI DWH )服务后, IBM Cognos 服务不会启动。
  • 从 IBM Cognos 配置测试内容存储失败 Testing Content Manager database connection 出现错误:

    [Content Manager database connection]
    [ ERROR ] The database connection failed.
    [ ERROR ] Content Manager failed to connect to the content store. The connection string is "jdbc:db2://hostname-or-ip:50000/cm:retrieveMessagesFromServerOnGetMessage=true;fullyMaterializeLobData=false;clientProgramName=IBM_C11_CM;". The error encountered is: "[jcc][t4][2012][11248][4.25.23] Connection authorization failure occurred.  Reason: Password expired. ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000"
