问题描述

  • OnCommand Unified Manager Web界面变得陈旧、无响应、并停止从其受监控集群收集数据
  • 由于服务器几乎无法正常运行、不会触发事件/警报
  • 重新启动OnCommand 统一管理器( vapp)的虚拟机实例后、此功能会在相对较短的时间内恢复、直到响应速度减慢、需要重新启动为止
  • 在某些情况下 、AIQUM服务可能在重新启动后根本无法启动

在支持包的"jjBoss"文件夹中、查看"au_error###.log"文件中的以下内容:

# There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.

# Native memory allocation (mmap) failed to map 12288 bytes for committing reserved memory.

# Possible reasons:

# The system is out of physical RAM or swap space

# In 32 bit mode, the process size limit was hit

# Possible solutions: Knowledgebase

# Reduce memory load on the system

# Increase physical memory or swap space

# Check if swap backing store is full

# Use 64 bit Java on a 64 bit OS

# Decrease Java heap size (-Xmx/-Xms)

# Decrease number of Java threads

# Decrease Java thread stack sizes (-Xss)

# Set larger code cache with -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=

# This output file may be truncated or incomplete.

# # Out of Memory Error (os_linux.cpp:2643), pid=6920, tid=0x00007f30c27e9700
