问题

Active IQ Unified Manager 无法获取 vCenter 数据源、并显示以下错误消息:  "The vCenter data cannot be processed"

可以在 /var/log/ocie/au.log Linux 和 \ProgramData\NetApp\OnCommandAppData\au\log\au.logWindows 中找到以下错误。 

2020-03-27 00:05:03,938 ERROR [pool-3-thread-1601] c.o.s.a.d.v.b.VirtualDiskBuilder (VirtualDiskBuilder.java:145) - Error while building virtual disk config data for vCenter vcenter.example.com java.lang.NullPointerException

2020-04-02 14:59:41,930 ERROR [pool-3-thread-129] c.o.s.a.f.d.BaseDataSource (DataSourceErrorException.java:243) - xx.xx.xx.xx [Internal error] - The vCenter data cannot be processed. ([Device name General Device]: The vCenter data cannot be processed.)
