ActiveIQ Unified Manager升级失败、并显示jboss权限错误

适用场景

  • ActiveIQ Unified Manager (UM) 9.6及更高版本
  • Windows平台
  • JBoss密码先前已重置
  • 创建 了一个UM备份、并在UM低于9.12时将其还原

问题描述

  • 使用升级后、无法登录到AIQUM Error 404
  • 显示后升级未完成 Starting UM Services. This may take couple of minutes. Please wait...
  • server.log:

Current charset is windows-1252. If password has been set using other charset, consider using option 'passwordCharacterEncoding'
